About Vincent

Vincent Costa launched his successful real estate career in 2000, starting as a 24-year-old commercial real estate agent in Woodbridge, NJ. With a hands-on approach, Vincent honed his skills by prospecting door-to-door, reaching out to business owners to explore expansion opportunities. He meticulously mapped retail centers across central New Jersey, connecting with both landlords and businesses.

By 2002, Vincent Costa moved over to the residential side joining the exciting team at YHD / Foxtons Real Estate. Vincent started out as a floating listing agent covering listing appointments throughout central and northern New Jersey and wound up being the lead listing agent in Union County and the northern parts of Middlesex County. Over the next 3 years, Vincent became the top sales agent in the company with over 500 sales in every county in Central and Northern New Jersey. After completing 150 hours of course work Vincent obtained his NJ Brokers license and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager where he ran the largest office in NJ covering 5 counties in Northern New Jersey. Vincent grew his office from 10 agents to over 60, completing over 1000 transactions a year making it one of the largest and most successful real estate offices in all of New Jersey. This was during the housing boom of the mid-2000s. However, once the recession hit and major upheaval came to the real estate world, Vincent Costa had to adapt and move on from the now-defunct Foxtons-US. 

Vincent Costa joined RE/MAX in 2011. Having moved to Warren County, Vincent Costa spent the next 10 years servicing clients throughout the region. Team member Joe Menza, aka "Dad", Joined the Costa Team in 2020.  Together, the Costa Team is one of the top Realtor Groups in the Region. In 2023, the Costa Team joined Weichert Realtors.

Vincent Costa is one of the most tech-savvy agents you will ever meet. He is an expert at using the leverage of social media to generate leads for his listings and buyers to work with. Vincent's clients are handled like family members, always taken care of with the highest priority. Vincent is a Central and Northern New Jersey real estate expert. Vincent's entire life has been dedicated to servicing the area at large. Vincent currently lives in Washington, Warren County, grew up in Springfield, Union County, graduated from Rutgers, Middlesex County and manages an office in Bernardsville, Somerset County. Vincent has given home valuations, listed and sold properties for clients and assisted buyers in purchasing a home since 2002 throughout Warren, Hunterdon, Somerset, Morris, Middlesex, and Union Counties.
